This promotion ("Backyard Dream Giveaway Night") is sponsored by Fairview Leisure, Inc. d/b/a Cincinnati Pool & Patio, located at 10731 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241 ("Sponsor"). Promotional marketing services provided by Killerspots.com, Inc. d/b/a Killerspots Agency ("Promotional Partner").

✅ Eligibility & Entry

This promotional giveaway drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One winner per household. Participants may win only one prize.

Employees, officers, and directors of Fairview Leisure, Inc. d/b/a Cincinnati Pool & Patio, Killerspots.com, Inc. (d/b/a Killerspots Agency), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, and advertising agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to participate or win.

By completing and submitting the online registration form at rsvp.cppcincy.com/backyarddream, the participant will receive one additional drawing entry, for a maximum of two total entry tickets per person. Online registration does not automatically issue physical tickets.

All entry tickets must be claimed in person at the event. Entry is free and no purchase is required.

🎫 Entry Ticket Distribution

Entry tickets will be distributed only at the registration table inside Cincinnati Pool & Patio beginning at 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10731 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.

Tickets will not be issued prior to 5:00 PM. Each eligible attendee will receive one (1) entry ticket upon check-in. Attendees who pre-registered online will receive one (1) additional entry ticket, for a maximum of two (2) total entry tickets per person.

• Pre-registered guests: receive two (2) entry tickets at check-in.
• Walk-up attendees and unaccounted guests: must scan the QR code provided at the door between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on April 18, 2026 to register and receive one (1) entry ticket.
• Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in to verify eligibility and confirm the attendee is 18 years of age or older.
• Entry tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.

🎉 Drawing & Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random promotional drawing during Backyard Dream Giveaway Night between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

This process will continue until a present and eligible winner is confirmed.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.

🎁 Prizes

Only the prizes listed below will be awarded. No additional prizes will be provided. Prizes have no cash value and no substitutions will be permitted except as outlined below.

Second Prize: $1,000 Cincinnati Pool & Patio Gift Card. Third Prize: $500 Cincinnati Pool & Patio Gift Card. Additional prizes include $100, $50, and $25 gift cards and various "grab-a-gift" giveaway items selected at random throughout the evening.

Specific models, colors, configurations, and availability of prizes are subject to change based on manufacturer availability. Prizes may include alternative models such as a Bahama Spa Treasure Cay model hot tub, Windward Design patio furniture (Montego Bay Collection or Ocean Breeze Sling Collection), or a Vogue Above-Ground Pool (The Regency model). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance, regardless of whether a tax form is issued. Pursuant to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), for prizes awarded in the 2026 tax year, any prize valued at $2,000 or more will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service, and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. Winners of such prizes will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number prior to receiving their prize. Failure to provide required tax information may result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize winners remain responsible for reporting all prize income on their tax returns regardless of whether a 1099-MISC is issued.

📜 Liability & Release

By attending Backyard Dream Giveaway Night and participating in this promotion, each attendee voluntarily assumes all risks related to event attendance and participation. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless Fairview Leisure, Inc. d/b/a Cincinnati Pool & Patio, Killerspots.com, Inc. (d/b/a Killerspots Agency), and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, promotional partners, marketing representatives, suppliers, and event staff (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to participation in the event, acceptance or use of any prize, or any travel related thereto.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring during the event or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

🔒 Privacy

Personal information collected through this promotion (including name, email address, phone number, and mailing address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. Sponsor may also use this information to send future promotional communications from Cincinnati Pool & Patio; participants may opt out of such communications at any time. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law.

⚙️ General Conditions

Sponsor retains final authority over all promotional drawing decisions. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.

This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Governing Law: This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
